Youth Development

This initiative targets previously unemployed youth from marginalised local communities, offering them employment alongside on-the-job skills and character development through participation in recyclable waste collection and environmental clean-up programmes. The programme is structured as a two-year youth internship: the first year comprises classroom learning, depot-based training, and community engagement, while the second year focuses on small business incubation and development. Participants are encouraged to build sustainable enterprises grounded in waste recycling and environmental stewardship, transforming their initial experience into entrepreneurial opportunity.
